I have a total of 4 transcripts and all but one of them was noted as received a month ago. After two weeks, I emailed AACOMAS. Nothing. After another week I emailed again. Nothing. On Monday I called their office only to find out about their ridiculous office hours (at least on the west coast), so I left a message. Just now, I called again. The message said that all customer service reps were busy and to stay on the line. About thirty seconds later it starts ringing, rings four times, and then says that AACOMAS is not available, please leave a message. AARRRGGHHH! So, I sent ANOTHER email.
Geez, all I want to know is if I need to have it re-sent...
