Is Anthropology interesting?

I am planning to take an introducation to Anthropology course. I don't know if it's worth it. I've never taken any Anthropology courses b4. All I know I am interested in learning about different culture history. 🙄

This the course description for my school:
Basic concepts and methods of anthropology; culture and race; comparative study of social systems, religion, symbolism, art, and other institutions. Examples are drawn from a variety of cultures.
