I just e-submitted my aadsas application today and took my DAT a week and a half ago. I am wondering if there is any chance that I will still be able to get interviews before the December 1st acceptances? I know aadsas says that processing can take from 4-8 weeks, but how long has it actually been taking most people to get their applications processed after submitting?

I don't think I'd go so far as to say that applying now is late. I probably wouldn't consider it to be "early" anymore.

Do you think there is a still a good chance that I would be able to get an interview before Dec 1st if schools are interested in me though?

yeah you should be able to get your interview before dec 1.
it's not considered late but also not early like someone above posted.

you should be fine with getting interviews as long as your stats are solid.

i submitted aadsas on May 29th, and it was sent out on June 23rd
so i will say it takes about 4 weeks

Last year I applied at the end of August, my app didn't mail till the end of September. Interviewed for a couple at the beginning of November, got accepted to both on November 30th.

If you apply now. You will get your application in with most of the applicants for this cycle.

from what i've gathered:
may/june = early
july/august = normal
sept+ = late
granted, these dates are relative to when the application is submitted to AADSAS, so take into account time frames of the process leading up to and after submission (postal mail to arrive, AADSAS processing, transcripts/scores sent, etc.)

That sounds about right.
