Being ESL alone has nothing to do with being rejected.

The consequences of being ESL, however, such as a poor CARS score or poor interview skills, can get you rejected.

Your 123 CARS is okayish. Instead of playing victim, reframe yourself as somebody with a diverse cultural background.

I have dislyxia which I guess explains my low cars score. I didn't mention it on my app though because I don't like playing the victim card. You could mention being esl if you really want to though.
