So i know the term BCP is biology chemistry and physics, i was thinking maybe calc might get calculated in it since its like physics?

and bcp is science gpa right? or is that like a more specific gpa of those science courses.

calc gets averaged into your science gpa. it obviously wont get averaged into your bcp though. bcp only includes classes with the prefix -bio, chem, or physics.
science gpa on the otherhand includes math classes.

calculus is categorized as math. it is not categorized as biology, physics, or chemistry, so it is not in the "bcp" gpa. however, it is in the "science" gpa.

So if i understood this right, there is a science gpa, bcp gpa, and a non sci gapah.

So everything included in the BCP is also included in the sGPA? In addition to statistics, animal science, etc. courses?

Thanks guys. This is a subject that has always confused me (and a LOT of pre-dents), but this thread has been really helpful and I have never seen it clarified this simply.

So I've taken Business Calculus and Statistics (in my business major) and Calculus I (for dental school). Do I have to include my grade that I made in Business Calculus? I'd rather not if that's an option.

BCP > sGPA > cGPA?

Or sGPA>BCP>cGPA?

In terms of overall weight

edit: this thread is from 2011 lol... nice bump
