Is DAT destroyer helpful for Bio?

I found Kaplan does not cover biology very detail. So I bought the DAT destroyer and it is on the way. I think chem is okay with Kaplan but Destroyer is better for biology? Or it jsut has more problems than Kaplan? Can you compare two books?
Oh, also should I study detail about Amimal Behaviour for Bio? and Separation and Amino acids for O chem?

Asking if Destroyer is helpful for bio is like asking if water is a necessity for life! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Get the Destroyer and crack down on the BIO. MAke sure u review all questions AND answers and fully understand the concepts of each. Especially concentrate on the last 20 or so Q on the Bio bc they cover material very similar to what has been seen on the real DAT. For the Ochem, learn all reactions and roadmaps. The gen chem does a great job in explaining theory which is very heavily weighed on the new dat. The QR is great practice, but not enough! U need to do more word problems to be better preped. But yes, u made a wise choice in getting the Destroyer. And dont forget, if u do not uncerstand the material, give Nancy or Dr. R a call and they will happily walk u through it! GL!🙂

Yes!!!! Bio was my weakest subject going into the test. My highest achiever score for bio was a 19 while I was hitting 20's in every section.

However, going into the test I knew that Destroyer biology down to the last period....Bio ended up being my highest score! I hit 23 on the real test.

Very very helpful.

U know what look at that this way. There is no other book or any program that will be so helpful study guide for the DAT as the Destroyer. Each questions have the best explanations that u will ever see. the explanations answer many other questions that u might not know. So u defenitly want to get the BEST study guide that there is out there. DR. Romano tries really hard to make the best of the best out of this book. I have read many books, Specially for bio. But I have never seen any better questions and explanations then the DESTROYER so I really wish u Good Luck hope u do well on the exam.

Yes, the destroyer is a piece of art.

Buying the destroyer is probably the best thing you can do for the DAT. I have taken the real thing once, and I can assure that there is no better practice - especially for the crazy bio questions.. I do recommend building up your background first by going through the Kaplan blue book. This will enable you to make max use of the destroyer. Beyond that, there is always Nancy and Dr. Romano to support you 100%...
I am taking the DAT again in aug. and I am using the destroyer for most of my studying and supplementing where I feel necessary.

Are you kidding me? This is the most helpful book by far. I got a 24 on bio and can tell you to know and understand destroyer and you'll be fine.

Mailman - WOW! Thats a great score man! I got a 19 on my first DAT using the destroyer and I felt like I knew every Bio question possible, but a 24 is just nuts. The destroyer is really incredible!

Just keep on studying Destroyer bio!!!

Make sure u study answers, too! (they are long, I know)
The questions are relevant to the hardness of DAT bio section.

I just took the DAT for the second time and for bio I just cracked down on destroyer and I went from a 17 to a 21.
Destroyer was 100% the reason why I did this, IT IS AMAZING

The Destroyer is definatly worth it, you did not go wrong about getting it, now simply get to practice with it and you will see for yourself how good it is...

i love my destroyer. Its my best friend this summer. So is Dr. Romano and he doesnt even know it!
seriously use destroyer and cliffs. Read cliffs a few times and then knock up the destroyer..hehe
