Is Dental Secrets a book worth getting?

My girlfriend is a first year dental student and I'm wondering if Dental Secrets is a good book for her to get. Is it good for board prep, pimp sessions, other things?

I bought the book after starting clinic and have found it very useful with tons of relevant material, not much fluff. I have heard it is a good review for nbde II. At the earliest, I would suggest buying the book when she is toward the end of her second yr and has had the background for subjects like endo, oral surgery, pedo, etc.
