Is ek Bio 1001 useless now?

Wondering if its worth it to go through this book. I bought it along with ek bio but the general consensus now is that its 'too easy'? is this book helpful in any way?

I think if bio is a weak point for you, it might help you nail down the basics, but don't use it as your only source of practice material.

I think it is extremely helpful, especially if you are not the type of person who can just read the books and know it 100%. The descriptions at the back of the book are also pretty thorough

Ever since getting it my bio scores have jumped from 9-10 to 12s

I am not sure about the ek physics...they are pretty hard problems and no passages ...it does help with seeing problems and how to attack them
