Is EK Bio enough or do I need to read TPR bio?

I've taken intro bio I and II, genetics, biochem, anatomy, and cell bio but I vaguely remember the details, but I understand the concepts pretty well.

Any weaknesses that I have are just lack of detail/bull**** info. I'm aiming to get 13-15 on the b.s. section.

Is TPR necessary? Or is EK Bio sufficient? I am supplementing with Ek 1001 Bio and TPR Science workbook (bio sections), and have been doing alright so far.

What has been the trend lately? It seems that from what I understand it's more reasoning ability and interpretation than memory recall these days.

I also got a "10" on the B.S. section before when I took it the first time (32 total). My whole goal is to get over a 35 on this stupid exam

I'd go with TPR Bio and their science passage book. I had one-time experience with Kaplan BS tests and found them to be great for the reasoning (I think it was Kaplan 5?).

I vote for the EK bio book. I've used the EK books exclusively for reviewing and I'm pretty sure that almost every question I've gotten wrong on the BS section has been my own fault for not remembering rather than them not teaching it. Especially if the trend is towards concepts and not memorization, extra details are even less necessary.
