Is Extended Deadline Request for transcript only?

So I got a deadline extension from August 1st to August 10th. Does this mean I now have until the 10th to submit my AMCAS? Or is that when the transcripts need to come through? I only requested for the transcripts but it looks like it applies to both. It looks like this below.
