I got my first acceptance ever this cycle at ICOM. Have done 5 more interviews at both md snd do schools and waiting to hear back. Seems like they have been getting consistent complex pass rates and match rates. 3rd and 4th year rotations are what worry me with lottery system and getting sent out of state.

I’m a 4th year ICOM student and I can’t complain about my experience. Felt like the training was pretty much on par with what other med students had. Its for profit status has pretty much zero effect on your actual experience at the school. The lottery system kinda sucks but once you get your core site you don’t need to worry about moving far away from there. ICOM will take care of your 3rd and all 4th year rotation if you don’t want to do audition rotations. I’m applying IM and currently sitting on 18 interview invites. Mostly community and university affiliated but a good amount of academic IM invites as well. I don’t regret coming here. Feel free to DM if you have any questions.
