Is UDM tuition sheet accurate because I heard that there are hidden fees that spike the cost of attendance. Also, what’s the cost of living? The average rent?

Detroit's cost of living is not very high compared to other large cities. I would say it is close to the national average.

Also, the living costs part of the cost of attendance can vary greatly depending on your own living habits.

Their program costs page put it at about 100k per year if living on your own and 95k if living with parents if that helps.
