Is it bad to cancel 2nd look if you know you are ranking them #1?

Before I scheduled my 2nd look, I was debating between 2 programs.
After some soul-searching over the week, I have decided which program to rank #1.

Is it still worth it to go to 2nd look? I mean I have already made up my mind now. The only positive thing about the 2nd look is that I don't want to offend the chief resident who is setting it up for me right now.

Ie. I am ready to send them my "you are my #1" email.

Yes, canceling it would be a terrible idea.

Yeah, I went ahead with a second look having already told the program they are my #1 choice. As far as what a second look is traditionally meant to serve, it wasn't necessary for me to go, as my mind was made up. However, it was nice to see a regular working day, chat with the residents without the need to "impress" them. And I also had a quick informal chat with the program director which I felt was valuable.
