Is it considered insider trading when CVS employees buys or sells their company's stock?

For executives...definitely.
That's why it's a declared transaction. Reminder that this is also the last year for capital gains deferment for estate taxes, so there are going to be big stock sales toward the end of the year anyway as the 1% locks in their gains.
Start to keep an eye on what else the big shots think about selling...IF they start selling parts of the biz ...watch out...

This is not a trading this seems to be a transaction. If you don't know the difference between transactions and trading you should really visit this site and you will find out all the useful information about tradings. You will be able even start trading, like I use to. Also, you will find a lot of useful tips and a lot of information about transactions as well. I am pretty sure you will acquire some great knowledges in trading field along with some brokers consultations,so you won't have that question's anymore. Probably that's how you will start making money on transactions, this is a really interesting. And not through CVS ESPP.

How many shares u got?I bought in at $260 back in April. What I wouldn't do to go back and get a ton more.
I only have 4 or 5 shares. I had a little over 1k just sitting in my trading account, saw they had some bad drops and figured what the hell. Now it's up 140% and I'm kicking myself for not putting at least 10-20k into it. I usually just buy ETFs so I didn't feel comfortable putting much into an individual stock. How many shares u got?

Hindsight is 20/20. It could have easily gone the other way (and still can).

Never ever look at stock market in retrospect. Make what seems like the best decision at any given time and move on.
Whacking off from that imaginary money is silly.

$883 in pre-market right now. I'm really curious as to what is driving this. I've seen speculation that Chinese investors might be pumping up the US market a bit to get cash out of China after their big tumble the other day (and by speculation I mean posts on r/wallstreetbets)

Edit: I think now is a good time to get your stop loss orders in because this thing is bound to drop
Triggered my stop loss at $900 so I guess I'm out of the game for now. Gonna take my buddy out for a beer tonight and call it a success.Time to sell yet?
Albemarle and Panasonic had good days as well. Overall a decent time to be invested in the lithium ion battery supply chain.
