Any advice on that,thanx

My head hurts from your grammar and spelling...or your atrocious disrespect of both.

I have to ask, are you an FMG?

thanx

I have to ask, are you 'special'?

Thank you.

Go through uworld. Anything that contradicts that is probably wrong. Read Behavioral science by Fadem if you have the time. While people say that sources contradict, there are usually small differences in the way the vignette is set up that makes all the differences in the world. I'd say do both if you're weak in behavioural, and if you find something that contradicts, post both questions and answers here verbatim, and someone will probably try and help.

*"special", we use quotation marks instead of apostrophes.
Example: "Sent from my SM-9005 using Tapatalk", except I removed your superfluous "nt".

Sure, I'm special in that I take pride in being able to fluently communicate in English to peers, patients, and in written documentation while OP craps all over than in a frenzy to get dat 270.

I'm certain op knows how to spell enough. Besides, genius here signed off with thanx and didn't see the irony.

My experience rotating with an IMG attending who failed to command a good grasp on the English language left a bad taste in my mouth. When a large portion of your patient population lives below the poverty line, speaks English as a second language, or uses a lot of colloquialisms, problems tend to come up.

Let it go @Fox800 ;I am so sorry that i started this whole argument.I did not mean to atrocious in any way,Just let it go
I do speak and communicate English pretty well too,to coworkers and peers considering i have been working as full time Doctor for 5 years and no one had a probelm.
I am sorry guys,i just stopped by to get some help with this test, that's the only reason,it was never meant for an argument

Annabelle, I did Conrads 100 questions and I thought it was a good review, however, there were a few points were he seemed to disagree with Uworld. Not 100% sure what to make of that, but oh well.

Please show me your keyboard that has separate keys for apostrophes and single quotation marks.

And yet, they're not the same thing.

Based on this thread, OP is one of the nicer people I've seen so far, and you're well on your way to becoming one of the biggest douches I've seen in awhile.

This may help with some useful introspection. On that note, I have some actual studying to do. You know, instead of worrying about being liked on SDN.

I accept your surrender.

LOL. Single quotes comprise of an opening and closing mark, whereas an apostrophe only resembles a closing mark, while having a completely different function. Checkmate.
