My USMLE will be held in next year. But, I need to start to prepare early. Can anyone give a big picture for me of how is it like after u take USMLE? Is It hard to score ? i heard that there are anotomy, physio, patho, BS, Biochem...but the vignettes usually are more clinical-oreinted... that means pahology is our main emphasis, is it true?and there are high yield facts that we must must study? I use USMLE first aid as my guide...😀 😎
