Is it important to have degree on transcript when applying?

I just graduated and I believe my grades from this past semester will show up on my transcript, but my bachelor's degree will not show up for another like 3 weeks or so. Should I wait to send in my apps until then, or would it negatively affect my app if I had my transcript sent in before the degree shows up?

Lots and lots of students apply as juniors. A degree is necessary for matriculation, not application. I would submit as soon as you can.

kyamh is right, have your transcript sent as soon as grades are posted, don't wait until the degree is posted.
