Is it just me or is UWORLD CCS quite buggy?

I did exactly what the EXPLANATION suggests but it just shuts me off half way during the case.

A 20y/o with negative BCG came in with RLQ pain.
I did the usual expecting a surgical emergency: IV access, morphine, phenergan, NS. Got pelvic US and it showed torsion. So I ordered the GYN consult.
Then it just ENDED the case!?
My plan was to do a lapy on her to fix the torsion after the GYN consult, and the explanation says so as well.
How come I failed the case?!?

Okay, I failed the case yet again.
This time, I got up to lapy detorsion. Surgical post-op note claims that they were successful with the detorsion and removal of the cyst that caused the torison. The next morning, I gave the patient an ab exam. It says she still has intense pain (WTF)
So I ordered a pelvic US again and it says, "ovarian cyst with torison" on the same side. Then it ended the case.


WTF. Cyst doesn't grow back and give you a new torsion within 8 hrs, doesn't it?!
Was it an oversight on my part?!?
