Is it me, but why is the answer almost always all of the above?

For questions that are ordered I, II, III, IV, etc., it seems like >60% of the time (based off my practice exams and sb/qb), AAMC likes to but D as the answer, which is usually all of the above or contains more options as the rest.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Maybe I should just guess D for these kinds of questions whenever I ran out of time or if I'm short on time.

Ya I thought that too, but who knows, maybe it’s just your mind playing tricks on you
