Is it necessary to do tons of passages?

Hey everyone - like many of you, I'm feeling the struggle between content vs. passages. I've spent most of my time on content (i.e. I've looked at everything probably 2-3 times) and I feel like I conceptually understand most of the content. I've also taken 9 practice tests (including all the AAMCs) in the past 3 weeks and done mostly well on those, and I'm doing fairly well with timing.

Given all of that, should I be concerned that I haven't done very many passages (besides my practice tests) and am instead placing my faith in understanding the content?

I do at least 10 passages a day per topic...but I only have 3 weeks to go.

Not necessarily. I liked passages in the form of sections of a Gold Standard practice test. After a certain point, I think practice becomes more important than content review, but if you feel like you're getting enough practice from your practice tests I probably wouldn't bother.
