I'm sure this has been discussed already, but how important/necessary is it to list 3 Work/Experience Activities as "Most Meaningful"?

I don't understand what you mean. I'm speaking to the AMCAS application "Work/Activities" section.

This is a new change to the AMCAS application and med students and residents won't be familiar with it unless they are up to date with the current changes to the application (and I'd imagine most won't be).
