I'm mailing a packet of letters to one of my undergrad professors (I'm a post-bac) and I didn't know if it was ok to send envelopes for letters of recommendation for schools such as Drexel, that haven't sent out their secondaries yet, but send them to everyone.

Drexel just sent out their secondary via mail yesterday (I got it today, I live in that area). So you can go ahead and send it over I'm sure.

BTW, lisa, I PMed ya 🙂

Thanks for the information, I"m going send mine to Drexel today then....

What is the address you are going to send it to? I can't find the admissions address on their website🙁

I'm at work (working really hard:laugh: ) so I don't have it with me. Would you mind posting the address for me??😍

oh oh, of course

i'm taking the day off to work on stuff 🙂

They don't have essays or anything right?

My secondaries should beat the letters there, according to my past experience....

Thank you so much! I don't know if they have essays or not, sorry. I know what you mean about the secondary getting there before the letters, sort of frustrating!

hey i wouldn't send the LOR until they have your secondary app on file...."things tend to get lost" at least that's what my pre-med advisor says to me.
i guess you could send them anyways, but you risk having to do it again.
just my thoughts....

Jon

I agree with you, but so far its taken them like at least 2 weeks longer to get and process the LORs when sent at the same time as a given secondary.

I'm so sick of this! Almost over though...

Hey fellas-

the Drexel secondary doesn't have any essays, unless you wanna do a dual degree program. It just wants you to list your employment, med related ECs, and other ECs. Everything else is just standard secondary info + send a photo.

At my school we have to just send everything all at once; it's a committee letter and they say they won't send the letters out one by one, so that's a good thing I guess. Mine went out 8/7 so we'll see what happens ...

in the same boat as paws. hope they don't mind!

same with my school, they send in everything all at once....getting a bit worried though b/c they supposedly sent my letters out 2 weeks ago, but i have yet to have any complete applications from any schools.....guess that's the application process for ya
