I was wondering if it's possible not to send the DAT score after taking it.

if not, can we take more than 3 times and send it to a school
that we never sent the score before? since our chances of taking DAT is 3 times max,
and I don't think they will know that u took 3 times in the past.

just asking....

u can take more than 3 times...
dont know who set that rule up...

According to the ADA, you now have to seek some kind of special permission to take the DAT more than 3 times. One DS admin person told me they don't look at any over 3 anyway because they feel the candidate has one of two problems: 1. Lack of motivation to study; or 2. Can't cut it even if studying hard. Based on this, I'd work my backside off and get it right early on.

As for the original question in the post, I know first hand when you designate a school, the ADA sends them your entire DAT history. You can request they omit one DAT from the report they send but they will just laugh at you.

After taking the DAT 3 times, you need to receive permission to re-take it. The guidelines are on the AADSAS website I believe. Also, I'm under the impression that the schools do see your previous DAT scores.
