As the title states, I was bothered by the loan and how to pay for it later. I don't want to beg all friends one by one wish I can take my own risk. Could somebody tell me where I can get private loan without co-signer since I don't have GC?

I wish somebody could help me with this question. I really need the loan with reasonable interest rate so I can afford it later. Thanks!

One of the guy mentioned about acess group loan on this forum, but he didn't come back to tell the details of loan. I agree that its better to take risk on your own rather than beging others.
I want to ask one more thing for some one having green card, but not credit history. Can he take government or private loan without cosigner.

hi xerostomiai
the cosigner has to have a 2 yr stay in USA , that the minimun, and the credit history, as far as i know , is mandatory

yes, you can borrow the loan without a cosigner if you have three years credit history in US. the interest rate will be higher than those with cosigner, but it is still ok. so far as i heard, the only company offered this kind of loan is access group. and here is the website:

http://accessgroup.com/

you can give them a call and tell them your situation, and they will help you from there. i am in the same boat, haven't started the process yet, but will do it shortly.

yes. I also heard about the accessgroup. I called them and they seemed very nice. But I don't know about the interest rate and when they will accumulate the interest. I called up them and ask them how to come up with my visa application and they still suggested me to apply two months close to my program starting. Would that be a problem?
