Is it possible in this day and age to make 150-200K by just seeing ambulatory care patients and being a GP without worrying about hospital patients. Can you be totally clinic based and still make enough?

Sure you can. With the current medicare fee structure, you will be rolling in ca$h money if you structure a practice around office procedures.
