I have registered for a graduate level human physiology course this semster before med school starts in August. I also want to take an undergrad level pathophysiology course offered at my school. Is it possible to do both at the same time, or does one have to have physiology before doing pathophysiology.

BTW, the pathophysiology is a lower course number than the physio course for some reason... the textbook of the class is structured that a chapter is dedicated to a physiology of a system and the next chapter is dedicated to what can go wrong in it.

if path teaches both regular phys and pathophys, what's the need to take phys with it?

but I'd say it depends on how your school's department has it set up. I'd think it's really weird to take them both at the same time, but if they allow it I say it's possible.
