Is it safe to order Littmann from Amazon?

I would like to order this stethoscope here, but I want to make sure I don't get a counterfeit.

Amazon product ASIN B001NMT6N6
It says the seller is "3M Littmann", yet some of the reviewers say they believe they received a fake product.
What do you guys think? Thank you!

If you have any suspicions just buy directly from Amazon. It's a little more but better than getting a knockoff.

Edit: None appear to be sold directly by 3M, just various 3rd parties. If you order directly from Amazon and there's an issue they will very happily let you return it.

I can't see the picture. But I ordered my latest Cardio III through Amazon after I got mine stolen the first week of intern year. So far, it seems to be the real deal.

Ordered a Cardiology III thru ebay before M1. No problems whatsoever. Ebay and Amazon are very buyer friendly. If you think you got a counterfeit item or the item you received was not as described, you can always invoke their various buyer protection policies and get a refund.
