I submitted last week of June and my final transcript was received early July but my application still hasn't been verified. I'm worried. Is it still considered early?

Nobody really knows what "early" is, but i'd say e-submitting on AADSAS by mid july so that you''ll be verified by the first week of August/end of July would be early. You're fine

I think August is the last month you can consider "early"... September and onwards is more like regular season
