I hate to play the part of the pessimist, but telling someone that is trying to get in a mere two months before the beginning of the next cycle that they have a 90% chance of getting in is just cruel.
There are people on here that have interviewed way back in the Fall that haven't heard back yet(and might not EVER hear back) that would LAUGH if they read this.
To the original poster, I would save your money and apply in two months. During those two months, make sure your letters of recommendation will get to all the schools you designate by July, polish your personal statement, and do this application process the RIGHT WAY. Scrambling desperately right now will only be a waste of money and your time. I'd put your chances at more like .0090% percent.
I'm not trying to be a jerk, but even with stellar stats( and by that I mean 4.0 GPA 30+ MCAT) the admissions committee would seriously have to ask itself what someone who claims to be motivated is doing applying so late in the cycle that it's practically the NEXT cycle. My guess is that you applied to allopathic schools and struck out and now you're applying osteopathic because you think you're a shoo-in. After all, osteopathic schools are EASY to get into, right? I sincerely hope that this isn't the case and that you're just clueless about the admissions process. If the former is true, then please don't grace us poor dumb 'ol osteopathic duds with your humble presence. If the latter is true, then you need to know that applying early is the best advantage to have in this process. Make sure your application is in and ready for processing on June 1st, and go from there. Depending on who you are, either GOOD LUCK

or PLEASE GET INTO AN ALLOPATHIC SCHOOL; OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE ISN'T A FALL-BACK.
