I had some problems with an international transcript which delayed my app by almost 2 and a half months and was only verified this morning on AACOMAS. I have a 3.3gpa and a 508 MCAT with a strong upward trend. I've got all my academic LORs, my DO letter and everything else ready but its already mid-November. I'm worried that its too late and I'd just be applying for wait list spots but if I withdraw now I'll be a re applicant next year.

Should I try anyway? Or wait until next year?

Wait until next year

Wait until next year

Is it too late to submit secondaries? I've received a secondary from two of the schools I sent my verification app to.
If I withdraw my app am I still considered a re-applicant for all schools?

Secondaries are OK now.
Don't worry about being a re-applicant. The bias against it is mostly SDN hype.

Thank you for the advice.

In case anyone else is thinking of applying right now:

My verification took ~6 days after my last transcript was received.
Secondaries received at LECOM/ATSU same day.

Your app is verified so I think you are good especially you got strong MCAT.

When is it way too late to be sending DO secondaries? I still have a couple left but obviously won't be able to get them all in by Thanksgiving, which is tomorrow. Can I still submit them all by Dec. 1st and still be alright?

Also @Goro I was curious about applicants that submit apps close to the deadlines for your school...do some of them still manage to get in despite sending AACOMAS after the new year?

If they get accepted, Late applicants tend to get accepted off of the waitlist, depending upon waitlist movement and the applicant's stats.
