Is it too late to send primaries in for these schools?

From what I've heard, it's not too late as long as it's before Thanksgiving.
 
Not at all. Touro hasn't even given out half of their interviews yet and I know Nova is still sending out tons of interviews. Your chances are probably a bit lower since many of those schools have probably filled 1/3 to 1/2 of their class, but they are still sending out interviews and looking to fill seats.
