Is Kaplan's High Yield Problems book particularily helpful?

Just wondering how much that book helps and if I should go over it, im taking it the 31st.

the high yield guide is not that helpful. review it if you have nothing else to do, but I'd skip it if you have better stuff. and if you're getting 11+ on the sciences

I was originally going through it, but it is very time consuming, IMO. I have yet to see any problems on the practice exams either, where math is much of an issue. But who knows maybe the real mcat has some high yield problems... So for now, I am focusing that time on more concepts, until I hear otherwise. It just seems like a better use of my time.
