No, MS in clinical research doesn't have science courses. You need to have Masters of Sciences in biology-related degrees. I did Masters of Biomedical Sciences in Rutgers and it seemed some international students did this program and got into dental schools.
But the choice isn't limited to Rutgers, do your research and look for programs that have you take 20~30+ credit in courses such as biochemistry, genetics, anatomy, etc.
