Ok so I'm in a predicament and need guidance/support/advice. It's my 3rd time applying to dental school and I want to make it my last time obviously. I graduated and am now in my Master's program with my research project with thesis in the dental school on an oral disease called Sjogren Syndrome (Current GPA 3.78, past DAT=18). Obviously,I wanted to turn my application in end of May, but didn't until July 2. Now, my DAT is the last thing I need to do but I HAVE to do good on it....like 20 or above. I originally had it on August 8th, but just moved it today to August 20th because I felt I needed that extra 1.5 weeks to study. I feel that its better that I push it a little bit further so that I can make the difference btw a 20 vs 19 or a 21 vs 19. But now I'm getting alot of slack from my friends saying it was a stupid move...Any words of encouragement/guidance?
Is it too late still for me?
Anyone else taking their DATs that late or later?
What is too late?
Thanks everyone!
