Only students with a score of 4 or 5 on the AP Biology test, or an IB score of 7 can take this class and in the course description it says "This course differs from BIO 110 in that material will be covered in greater depth and there will be greater emphasis on experimental approaches, data analysis and quantitative methods and will include additional readings of original research papers."

In the future, consider compiling all of your questions into one post instead of creating separate threads for each question.

The course is considered an honors course if it was designated as an honors course at your school. Your description says nothing about it being an honors course, so I wouldn't mark it as honors on AMCAS.

And really, it doesn't matter anyway. Adcoms in general will not scrutinize your course list.
