Is it considered "middle" or "late" to be submitting secondaries now? 👍

Right now is middle.
Late is the month until the deadline.

yeah competitiveness is really the thing I'm worried about

It's definitely not too late. I still have some secondaries left to fill out, and I'm sure that's the case with most people. As long as you're a strong applicant it probably won't matter that much.
