Not everything in SLE is antigen-antibody complexes (i.e, -cytopenias)

hmm i think it is type 3 due to deposition of complexes under pericardium and yes cytopenias are type 2 hypersensitivity

I think its type 3 HSR.
Type 3 HSR in SLE is also implicated in Diffuse proliferative GN (lupus nephritis).
