I think they only search for jobs that have to do with pharmacies so I am posting this here.

I hope someone knows if this company is legit. I just received a call from them and I didn't answer cause the number was from California (I'm in Colorado). He left a message saying he was from RX Pro Health and that they receive my resume from 2 weeks ago. He claimed he might have a job for me.

I have no idea how he got my resume. Whenever I apply somewhere I write it down on a piece of paper and this company is not on my list.

I do have an ad for a pharmacy tech position on craigslist but my resume is NOT on the ad. So if he got my number from that and claimed I sent my resume to him then he's lying.

I have searched the name and can't come up with anything bad about them. I am hoping someone here has dealt with them in a positive or negative way.

Sounds unusual to me. No personal experience though. He may have meant that he saw your ad, but I doubt it. Sounds fishy.

I just googled RX Pro Health Scam and didn't get any hits other than your post.

Their LinkedIn profile says their headquarters are in Denver, CO.

On their website, it did not appear that they asked for job candidates to pay for anything. That would be the sure sign of a scam.

Have you ever replied to an add or posted your resume on Careerrbuilder or Monster? They could have come across your resume that way.

Thanks MedicineMan31.

Yeah it's looking like they are not a scam. When I called the guy back he admitted that he found my ad on craigslist. It doesn't cost anything to the ones looking for a job but it does for the employers.

I went ahead and gave them my information. However, it sounded like maybe they have a pretty strict employee code. I think you have to have experience for 2 years working as a tech. I hope I hear back from them.

While we are on the subject, anyone know about Montgomery Recruiting? I've been contacted by them too but am having a harder time than with the other place finding anything about them 😕

I'll bump this one last time to see if anyone has heard of Montgomery Recruiting.

I wanted to know if you ever followed through with getting the job? I've just been contacted for a pharmacy tech job out in Grand Junction (I live in Denver) and the deal is I drive out there and am compensated for a hotel Monday through Friday and am compensated for my travels to and from home, per diem payment and well as hourly wages. It seems too good to be true and I actually did apply for the job so I just wanted to make sure it really was legitimate before I started all this paperwork the man from California sent me. Ah!
