Is September too late for submitting Supplemental Applications?

Do the schools need to have supplemental applications in hands before they start reviewing? Will September be too late to submit them?

From what I've read, if you get everything in by the end of August you've hit the right spot. If you submit now and make sure to get everything in ASAP you may be a tad bit late.

If you do them asap, and your entire application has been sent, go for it. You're treading on thin ice, but it should not be detrimental to your chances.
