Hello,
One of my close friends (IM) wants to transition from hospitalist to primary care. What city of South Florida would be better to open a primary care office? She would like to settle in Miami, but its already extremely competitive, specially for a recent grad.
Any thoughts?

Consider Concierge medicine in Naples/Marco Island/Ft Myers/Sarasota.

Also consider lots of competition from large multi specialty groups -Millenium & the hospital systems Lee Health, NCH, Physicians Regional.

Miami isn't competitive, its the pay that isn't competitive.
