hi regulator. i just took step 3 last wk and found that the content was somewhat similar but presented in a much straight forward way then step 2. no real spectacular or obscure pathologies, very common cases. also the questions themselves were more geared towards management and not so much on pathophysiology. and ofcourse the major difference with the CCS on the second half of the second day.
hope that helps answer your question. i found it to be a long exam eventhough i finished with plenty of left over breaktime somehow (kinda makes me nervous) but thats just my test taking style - which ofcourse doesnt always translate into great results.
