Is the CBSE a time constrained exam?

I always hear about how long it takes to study, which is obviously a big commitment. I am curious to hear about the actual test taking experience, are you rushing to finish the test like the DAT math and reading portions, or is it more relaxed?

I was more rushed on the real thing than on the nbmes but had time to make a full second pass on I think 2/4 blocks
