Is the current trend of prep for part1 the same?

According to the changed format should one continue their prepn with dental decks,old ques papers and kaplan review material.I mean is it sufficient to get a good score? Is studying biochem from kaplan review book enough coz i heard many people complaining about this one subject which they found pretty tough.Plz advice.
