That is weird I just finished a bio test and didn't have any problems. I copied and pasted that email directly from their website. The only other option is there is a place to submit a support request. If you guys give me your request and a reply email I can send it to them on there.

In any regard this is absolutely unacceptable. We have all payed $200 to access the site, and yet none of us can use it.
