Is the "real deal" longer than the practice tests

I just read somewhere that the real MCAT is about 20 questions longer per section than the AAMC practice mcats.... is this true?
 
maybe the info was about the old format? thankfully it's been pared down. ugh, I don't know what i'd do with 60 VR questions.

well that didn't turn out right. but if you wanna see the table, login to e-mcat.com and click on the tab on the left that says "how's the mcat scored".
 
yeah that's the old format with the 60 VR questions...the new one only has 40, and 52 in each of the science sections. Still 2 Writing sample prompts, however.
