So I received an interview at NYU.

However, the only dates available are next week or the beginning of January.
Will it make a big difference if I interview at the beginning of January as opposed to next week? There's a break for interviewing in between those two weeks because of the holidays.

Thanks in advance.

i have an interview on the 18th, i might be cancelling it. not sure if that would interest you or not

Earlier the better I'd say. Schools are on rolling admissions after December 1st.

Decided to take the NYU interview. I have the flu right now, so I can't go next week. I'll be there January 11th unless UNE accepts me before then.

^ I have the flu too.... which is why I'd rather not go next week.

Annoying, isn't it? I would just go in January. You don't want to get people sick or travel while sick. I live in Florida, so I'd have to go by plane. Rather not start an epidemic. Also, you'll feel better so you'll be on top of your game. I don't know about you, but I feel like I've been hit by a bus. Even my doctor said that I look terrible (thanks doc).

Also, travel prices will be cheaper because it'll be after the holiday 🙂

So annoying. Feel better 🙂

there isn't a huge difference.so you reject the null hypothesis
