Is there a prompt for LORs?

Is there a prompt that the evaluators need to follow, or is it just an open-ended LOR where they can put the usual stuff? I ask this b/c I want to ask my evaluators to start writing it before the application cycle opens in May, but I don't want them to go in the wrong direction if there is a certain prompt or questions it asks of them.
