I have the 2011 edition. How much of a change is it to the most current edition (whatever that is)?

I doubt they will change the book much if at all. MCAT CARS is nearly identical to the old verbal section. What they will most likely do is group the exams at the end of the book into 9 passages instead of the old 7 passages per test since CARS has 9 passages now.
