Let's say if my GPA and my MCAT score were high enough, are there any med schools in US that I can apply to after my second year and actually have a chance of getting in?

apart from special entry programs I believe most schools require at least 90 credit hours. It is not very common to get in with even just that.

I think technically, some schools only require 3 years of undergrad prior to enrollment (i.e. you could apply after 2nd year) but only truly exceptional applicants will stand a chance at that point. What's the rush?

hehe just curious

A friend of mine graduated in 3 years from Cornell and was admitted to Duke during her 3rd year, so it is possible. She did, however have great grades and MCAT.

Wake Forest SOM.
