Hey guys,

So I am currently pre writing a secondary for one of the schools I am applying to and one of the questions asks if I have ever received a disciplinary/administrative action. During freshman year I received a judicial action for smoking weed in my dorm. There was no probation or anything all I had to do was community service and write a paper. Would this count as a disciplinary/administrative action? I have tried to ask my school but its been a week and they have not gotten back to me.

Yes, that is an institutional action, you will need to report it on your AMCAS application (as well as various schools' secondary applications).
